Editorial policy.
A clear standard for educational mortgage content and promotional claims.
What this site is designed to do
USAspending.net helps visitors understand common mortgage paths and decide whether to start a secure application with Joseph Pistone. Educational pages explain general concepts; a completed application and direct review are required for scenario-specific guidance.
Source hierarchy
Government agencies, program administrators, regulator resources and official CrossCountry Mortgage materials are preferred for rules and disclosures. Third-party sources may inform topic research, but they are not treated as the source of record for loan eligibility.
Review gates
Rates, payment examples, guarantees, rankings, testimonials, production claims, realtor co-marketing and license statements require applicable company and compliance review before promotion. Time-sensitive information should include an updated date and be rechecked on a defined schedule.
Corrections
If an error is identified, the affected page should be corrected promptly and re-reviewed when the change is material. Contact joe.pistone@ccm.com to report an issue.
Privacy-conscious measurement
The first-party measurement system records page context and conversion events. A random browser ID is included only after consent. The website measurement database does not store mortgage form answers, income, Social Security numbers, credit data or the secure application itself.
